1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. LICENSE

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Currency Converter provides currency exchange rate information and conversion calculations. The App fetches exchange rate data from third-party sources and presents it for informational purposes.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Exchange rates displayed in the App are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect real-time market rates. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any exchange rate data.

YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON THE APP FOR FINANCIAL DECISIONS. Always verify exchange rates with your financial institution before making any transactions.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

(a) Your use of or inability to use the App;
(b) Any inaccuracy in exchange rate data;
(c) Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data;
(d) Any interruption or cessation of the service.

6. APPLE'S STANDARD EULA

This App is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which is available at:

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA shall prevail.

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND IN-APP PURCHASES

The App is free to use. To support ongoing development and ensure future sustainability, we offer a one-time lifetime purchase. Early users who purchase this lifetime offer will be granted permanent access to all existing and future premium features as a token of appreciation for their early support.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
